EDUCATIONAL – REHABILITATION AND SPORTS – RECREATION PROGRAMS FOR CROATIAN Veterans and Invalids of the Homeland War
On 21 December,2019.in Velika Gorica, held on Education and Rehabilitation, sports and recreational WORKSHOP FOR CROATIAN VETERANS AND Croatian Homeland War invalids. Within this project, first held bowling tournament, and have achieved the following results : 1. place Association widow HBDR VG; 2. place UŠR “Veteran 91”; 3. place UDVDR VG 4.mjesto Independent Croatian volunteers. After the tournament by lectures Prof.dr.sc. Zoran Kušević and Prof.mr.sc. Allen Bartoš.
7. sports competition for children with disabilities
From 15.-16. November 2019. in Zagreb was held 7. sports competition for children with disabilities under the name “OUR RIGHT TO SPORT” which has brought together over a hundred children from all over Croatian. Starting rank sports competition of this year's ZŠSOI in partnership with the Center for Education and Counseling of the sun and the Swimming Club NATATOR. The goal of the competition “Our right to sport” it is, besides socializing and providing opportunities for children with disabilities to demonstrate their skills,also encourage all citizens in raising awareness of the challenges of children with disabilities,problems of their families and the general problem of people with disabilities and at least briefly reflect on their relationship with them.
INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
Dana 2. December 2019. in KD Lisinski ceremony was held marking the International Day of Persons with Disabilities and 73. birthday Facilities “URIHO”. As part of the ceremony was held a round table on “Alzheimer's and people with disabilities”, and award ZŠSOI najbolijim athletes for 2019.
Lecture "Physical activity Croatian defenders and their family of the prevention of diseases"
Dana 03. December 2019. in hospitality and tourism education institution in Zagreb, organized by the Association of Volunteers and Veterans of the Homeland War of the Republic of Croatian was held lecture "Physical activity Croatian veterans and their families as a form of disease prevention." The lecturers were prof.dr.sc. Zoran Kušević, dr. with., psychiatrist who has lectured on the topic of post-traumatic stress disorder yesterday-today-tomorrow, to mr.sc. Allen Bartos on the topic of physical activity in disease prevention Croatian veterans and their families. Upon completion of the present expressed their satisfaction with the transferred knowledge from the lecturer to the population of Croatian war veterans and members of their families.

25. All-Croatian sports competition Invalids of the Homeland War
Anniversary 25. All-Croatian sports competition Invalids of the Homeland War (SŠNIDOR), took place from 27. do 29. September 2019. The, under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Croatia Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic and the Croatian Government, supported by the Ministry of Croatian Defenders, Split-Dalmatia County and the town of Makarska. The contestants competed in ten sports disciplines: bowling, hanging bowling alley, electronic dart, Bowling, swimming, table tennis, shooting (air rifle), fishing, Chess and the race in a wheelchair, or in 28 competition categories, and the game is opened by the Minister of Croatian defenders Tomo Medved.
24. STATE SPORTS COMPETITION OF VOLUNTEERS AND VETERANS OF THE HOMELAND WAR OF THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA "OSIJEK 2019"
From 20. – 22. September 2019. in Osijek are under the auspices of the Ministry of Croatian Veterans, co-sponsored by Osijek-Baranja County and the City of Osijek, and organized by the Association of Volunteers and Veterans of the Homeland War of the Republic of Croatia Branch of Osijek-Baranja County was held 24. National sports competition of volunteers and veterans of the Homeland War of the Republic of Croatia "Osijek 2019" The competition was attended by 20 team of the county branch of the Association of the eye 1200 Competitors in eight bowling sports, electronic darts, bowling, mini football, pulling the rope, Shooting, table tennis and chess.
