International Day of Persons with Disabilities and the 70 anniversary of the institution URIHO marked on Monday 28. November 2016. in Zagreb with a ceremony at which the presence of the Prime Minister and several ministers and the mayor of Zagreb foremost awarded plaques and awards. In the Hall Lisinski Prime Minister Andrej Plenković congratulated URIHO in the City of Zagreb as developed institution that is a reference to activities with people with disabilities, and said that it was seventy years efforts with one simple but the human message of inclusiveness and solidarity. Director URIHO Joseph Držaić presented a brief history of the long seven decades and said he was in URIHO the man was always ahead of profits, and stressed the assistance that is an institution for people with disabilities in the crucial moments of the transition was from the City of Zagreb.

The, organized by the Association of Volunteers and Veterans of the Homeland War of Croatia, under the auspices of the Ministry of Veterans, was held in Karlovac 21. state sports competition Volunteers and war veterans attended 1200 competitors from 20 County and City of Zagreb. Volunteers and war veterans competed in 8 discipline: bowling, electronic darts, bowling, mini football, Chess, Shooting, table tennis and tug.

SŠNIDOR), which is held under the auspices of the Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, and co-sponsored by the County of Istria and the City of Porec. One thousand athletes, Veterans of war from all twenty Croatian counties, and the City of Zagreb, this team HVIDR Herceg-Bosna weigh on the sports field in Porec, Pula and Umag force, precision and skill in 28 category in 10 discipline - bowling, hanging bowling alley, electronic dart, Bowling, swimming, table tennis, shooting, Chess, sport fishing, whereas traditionally the first discipline of the race in a wheelchair.

Dana 2. November 2016. in Selce was held Reporting-election by Parliament of the Croatian Community Association of Parents of Deceased War Veteran RH. for new, old president was elected Lucia Kober. In front of the Ministry of Veterans expensive welcomed the Assistant Minister Nevenka Benic, and in front of the Coordination of Homeland War “Dr. Franjo Tudjman” expensive welcomed mr.sc. Allen Bartoš.
